Oppo A1K is another such type of phone. But the real question is, can this new budget friendly device meet all the requirements in terms of design, camera, software, specs, performance and price? Well, let’s find out.
Design
Oppo A1K has a sleek design and comes in two color options, black and bright red.
These colors will surely catch some eyeballs when you bring them out of your pocket in public.
Although its body is made out of plastic, Oppo has used a high quality material so it really doesn’t feel and look like a cheap handset.
Also, the use of plastic helped to reduce its weight and now it only weighs around 170g (including the battery).
Display
Oppo has hardly introduced any smartphone with small screens. The Oppo A1K also carries the same legacy.
Talking about the screen, it has Multi-touch and is nearly 15.5cm (6.1 inches’) in size.
The Capacitive Screen comes with a resolution of 1560 by 720 (RGB) pixels with screen ratio of 87.43%.
Such an astonishing screen should be kept safe so the display is covered with corning gorilla glass.
The device has 16 million colors display that gives better resolution, clarity and saturation.
Performance and Memory
The internals of the device are also pretty solid. The MediaTek Helio P22 SoC processor and PowerVR GE8329 GPU helps the device to work smoothly even in heavy workload.
Similarly, the 2 GB of RAM also contributes in making the smartphone faster. Yet we think Oppo could have made the RAM more stronger but i guess it is fine for entry level smartphones.
Oppo A1K features 32GB ROM for storing pictures and larger datas. The phone also has an option to extend the memory to upto 256GB.
Cameras
The brand is mostly famous for taking beautiful photographs and Oppo A1K doesn’t disappoint us at all.
The handset has 8MP rear camera and 5MP front facing camera with F2.2 and F2.0 aperture respectively.
The sensor size of 1/3.2(Rear) and ⅕(Front) allows more light to enter the camera sensor, making the picture clearer, crisp and vibrant.
Not only still photographs, but video can also be taken in high quality with both the cameras.

While the megapixels are pretty low, the back camera is great at taking portraits which is made possible by the Bokeh effect.
Similarly, it also uses multi-frame and anti-vibration technology to record smooth and stable videos.
Battery
The Oppo A1K runs on 4000mAh super powerful battery. Your phone can run for all day long in a single charge. According to Oppo Nepal’s official website, the smartphone can handle 17 hours of continuous usage.
Additional Features
Lastly, multitasking with Oppo A1K is easier, thanks to the new Smart bar feature. Now you can easily switch from one app to another or take screenshots, all this while texting a friend.
